Location: Between the balls of our feet, approximately 45cm. below the soles of the feet.

How Many Chakras Are There- There are 114 Chakra points in the body, and they are located in various parts throughout the body, such as, the foot, hand, knee, elbow, groyne, clavicle, navel, shoulder, ear, hips, tights, knees, calves, ankles, among others.
However, the most important ones belong to The 7 Chakra System. These points begin at the base or spine of the body and travel up to the top of our head. They are: The Base or Root Chakra, The Sacral Chakra, The Solar Plexus Chakra, The Heart Chakra, The Throat Chakra, The Third Eye Chakra, & The Crown Chakra.

The Heart Chakra: Anahata
“anahata” means unhurt, unstruck and unbeaten. It is our centre of love for oneself and others, compassion, empathy and forgiveness. The anahata chakra is associated with unconditional love, compassion, and joy. It blesses us with profound truth and a sensation that we can only express with feelings. No words can speak the truth of Anahata.

The Solar Plexus Chakra: Manipura
“Manipura” means a lustrous gem. The solar plexus chakra has many healing properties. The jewel or qualities associated with this chakra strengthen the digestive system and diaphragm.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is also associated with fire. Activating the fire within to moderate temperature and to assist with food digestion. Manipura is represented by the colour yellow to bring balance of energy and brightness to life.

The Sacral Chakra: Sanskrit
In Sanskrit is referred to as Svadhisthana, which translates to the meaning "sweetness”. This chakra is all about experiencing life's sweetness, pleasure, and delight. The primary colour of the sacral chakra is orange and its main functions are sexuality. creativity, sensuality, pleasure, emotions and relationships.

The Root Chakra: Muladhara is located at the base of the spine, the pelvic floor, and the first three vertebrae. The ord Muladhara breaks down into two Sanskrit words: Mula meaning “root” and Adhara, which means “support” or “base.”
